Junior Officer (Relief & Rehabilitation)

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), Shimla intends to fill up following posts on contract basis:

Junior Officer (Relief & Rehabilitation) :
Number of posts: 05 posts (UR-2, OBC-2, SC-1)
Pay : fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 8000/- for the first year, thereafter, a fixed remuneration of Rs. 10000/- shall be paid on satisfactory performance for the next three years
Qualification : MA in Sociology/ Social Work or equivalent with 55% marks
Age : 18-45 years

Allowances:
TA & DA will however be paid when on tour as per entitlement of equivalent post.
HRA/ House Lease/ Medical Reimbursement/ Vehicle Allowance will be paid as per company rules for equivalent post in addition to this.
Personnels appointed in Kashang HEP except intake site of Kashang HEP, Shongtong- Karcham HEP can get upto 25% and Tidong-II HEP, intake site of Kashang HEP can get upto 50%, of the monthly salary extra as difficult area allowance or as decided by the Corporation/Board of Directors from time to time. No difficult allowance will be paid on leave or on tour outside the area.
Preference for selection will be given on the following order: -
i) Candidates belonging to Project Affected Areas.
ii) Candidates of concerned distt. in which project is located.
iii) Himachali candidates from any district.

Remuneration:
For these categories fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 8000/- shall be paid for the first year, thereafter, a fixed remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- shall be paid on satisfactory performance for the next three years.
