*Managing grassroots level project implementation and capacity building/ training of stakeholders in NRM sector by raising resources from Government and international funding/donor agencies.
*Preparing suitable proposals and coordination/ networking/ liaisoning with concerned departments/ agencies for such initiatives.
*Developing implementation/training manual and other relevant documents.
*Providing technical support to the team and monitor implementation progress.
