Probationary Officer:

Grade / Scale: JMGS-I/Rs 10000-18240

Qualification:  Minimum 60% marks for Science graduates (55 % for SC/ST/PWD) & 55% for graduates in other streams (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate from a recognisedUniversity or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Government of India

Age – Minimum age – 21 years & Maximum age – 30 years as on 01.10.2009 i.e. applicants should have been born between 01.10.1988 & 30.09.1979 (both days inclusive)

Only Query based facilities shall be provided to Jointly operated Savings/ Current/ OD/ Company accounts. Transaction facility shall not be provided for such accounts.

Candidates are requested to apply on-line between 01.10.2009 and 31.10.2009 only through Bank’swebsite www.obcindia.co.in No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Application fee may be paid in cash at any of the Bank’s Core Banking Solution (CBS) Branches. After payment, the candidate must collect the payment receipt; the particulars thereof are to be quoted in the application and the original receipt must be produced along with the call letter at the time of the written test. The last date of registering applications on-line is 31.10.2009. Application registration on our website will be open from 01.10.2009 to 31.10.2009.  Candidates should have a valid email id. This will help him/her in getting call letter/ interview advices etc. by email.

Candidate must ensure that on deposit of fee, the branch issues him a receipt which should invariably mention under-noted items :

(ii) Branch Name
(iii) Branch Code No.
(iv) Date of deposit and
