Applications are invited from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian nationality for the following category of Non-Executive posts in DMRC
Name of Post & Qualification:
1. Account Assistant: B.Com (Three year course) from a Govt. Recognized University.
2. Customer Relations Assistant (CRA):Three years Graduation course in any discipline from a Govt. Recognized University, with minimum 50% marks, and computer literacy (Certificate in Computer Appreciation Course of a minimum 6 weeks duration course from reputed Computer Training Institute e.g. NIIT, APTECH, CMC, ET & T etc.)
3. Maintainer: ITI (NCVT) in specific trade (Electrician/Fitter/Mechanic ,Electronic/Ref & AC)
4. Fire Inspector: Science Graduate with Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics (three years course) from a Govt. Recognized University, with Fire-sub Officer course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur (Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India) with a minimum of 65% marks
Selection process:
For the post of Accounts Assistant, the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Cee-one category.
For the post of Customer Relations Assistant (CRA), the selection methodology will comprise four-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Psycho Test & Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Aye-one category.
For the post of Maintainer, the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (one paper), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Bee-One category.
For the post of Fire Inspector, the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process – Written Test (two papers), Personal Interview followed by Medical examination in Aye-One category

For implementation and subsequent operation of Delhi MRTS, a company under the name DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION was registered on 03-05-95 under the Companies Act, 1956. DMRC has equal equity participation from GOI and GNCTD. Introduction of a rail based (MRTS) Mass Rapid Transit System is called for. Mass Rapid Transit Systems are capital intensive and have long gestation period. It has been observed that in developed countries, planning for mass transit system starts when city population size exceeds 1 million; the system is in position by the time the city population is 2 to 3 million and once the population exceeds 4 million or so, planned extensions to the Mass Rapid Transit Systems is vigorously taken up. In developing countries including India, because of paucity of funds planning and implementation of rail based Mass Rapid Transit Systems has been lagging far behind the requirements.

The filled up application should be sent in the envelope super scribing on it prominently – “Post Code, Name of Post” Demand Drafts payable at locations other than Delhi / New Delhi will not be accepted. MO/PO or any other mode of payment is not acceptable. Candidates are advised to check the details of Demand Draft carefully, before enclosing it with the application Form.
