Desired Profile:

Minimum Educational Qualification :

A Bachelor Degree of a recognized university in any discipline and successful completion of one year Diploma course in Computer.

Age Limit :

Upper age limit is 28 years as on the last date for receipt of application i.e. 31.7.2009,relaxable for SC/ST(5years)/OBC(3years)/PH/Ex-serviceman and certain other categories as per govt.of india instructions.no age limit for CSIR departmental candidates.

Selection Procedure :

The Candidates will be selected through all India competitive Online examination comprising a Preliminary and Main Examination followed by an interview / personality test. Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination will be allowed to appear in the main Examination. Short listed candidates between from the main Examination will be called for interview / Personality test.

Examination Fee :

Gen and OBC Category Rs. 700/- (No application fee is needed for SC/ST/PH/ Ex Servicemen/ CSIR departmental candidates) in the form of a single A/c payee Bank Draft of State Bank of India (SBI) with six months validity, drawn at New Delhi in favour of Joint Secretary (Administration), CSIR, New Delhi.
