Job Description:
PNB invites applications for the post of Clerks
Post Code Name of post : 04. Clerk
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks OR equivalent qualification, and working knowledge of MS Office.
No of post: 1246 (SC-119, ST-69, OBC-263, GEN-795)
Pay Scale: Rs.4410-13210
Selection Procedure: The selection will be through Written Test and/or Interview
Application Fee: Rs 300/- per candidate for General/OBC category. Rs. 50/- per candidate (only postage charges ) for SC/ST/PC/EXSM category candidates. The application fee must be paid in cash, at any branch of Punjab National Bank by using the cash voucher. The following details must be entered into both copies of the voucher: (i) Candidate’s name, (ii) Candidate’s category, (iii) Name and code no. of the Branch selected for payment, (iv) Date of payment and (v) Fee to be paid (vi) post applied for. Payment of fee should be made on or before 18th February, 2010

How to apply
The candidates must apply online only. The transaction Id provided by the Branch after payment must be quoted in the application and the Original Cash voucher must be produced along with the call letter at the time of the written test. Application registration on our website will be open from 25th January 2010 to 18th February 2010. Candidates should keep a printout of the completed application. The original Cash Voucher and Call Letter is to be surrendered at the Examination Hall.
